Client managers
The named person a client deals with. Onboarding, the promise of a reply within one working day, and making sure nothing is chased twice.
Advisers and business coaches
Business Pulse meetings, budgets and forecasts, coaching sprints and business health checks for owner-managed firms.
Financial planners
Working alongside our regulated advice partner on the financial planning side of a client's life: pensions, protection and investments.
Legal and HR specialists
Practical, non-reserved legal support and HR advice for small employers through Buzz Legal.
Product and engineering
We build our own software. Buzz OS runs the firm and the client portal and app, and it is never finished.

How we work
What it is like inside Buzz
Buzz is organised in pods: a small team that looks after a group of clients from bookkeeping through to the year end and the advisory work, so a client deals with people who know them and the team sees the whole picture. There is no ping-pong between departments.
We build our own software. Buzz OS runs the jobs, the deadlines, the client portal and the app, and the people who use it every day shape what gets built next.
We write in plain English, we fix the cause of a problem rather than the symptom, and we keep the promises we have made to clients. Those are the same standards we hold each other to.
The firm is growing across England, Northern Ireland and South Africa, which means the work changes and there is more of it to take on for people who want that.
