Do I need to meet in person?
No, not necessarily. We work with clients by phone, video call and WhatsApp as standard, and that works well wherever you're based. If you're near our London office and would rather meet in person, we're happy to arrange that too.
Can I switch from my current accountant easily?
Yes. We manage the handover and liaise with your previous accountant directly, so switching is usually far more straightforward than it feels.
Is pricing different for London clients?
No. Buzz uses the same fixed pricing across every office — no London premium and no different service tiers, whether your business is in Zone 1 or out past the M25.
What if I'm outside London but close by?
