As Buzz's co-founder and Operations Director he leads the systems, technology and central support behind the firm, and coaches owners towards the three freedoms a business should buy them: financial, time and mind.
Peter is a seasoned accounting professional with more than 20 years' experience. He built and grew his own accountancy firm organically — client by client, referral by referral — to a substantial recurring fee base, so he understands from the inside what business owners actually need from their accountant. As Buzz's co-founder and Finance Director he sets the quality bar for the group's financial work and leads its fractional finance-director thinking.

Tony looks after a long-standing client base across Northern Ireland, combining hands-on accountancy with business coaching. He joined Buzz so his clients could get the wider support of a full team without losing the personal relationship they already have with him.
Candice is one of the senior accountants in the production team, reviewing and delivering client accounts and tax work and making sure what goes out is right first time.
Jolandi is a senior accountant in the production team, taking year-end accounts and tax work from a pile of client records through to review-ready.
Rochelle prepares accounts, tax returns and management figures for a broad mix of owner-managed businesses, working closely with the senior team.
Mary works across accounts preparation and tax, and is often the person keeping the detail straight on the day-to-day client work.
